    Ok so all the summer students have left the building and I am super sad that it’s back to business as usual—meaning, I’m the one in charge of all the business.  So sad to not have anyone to help out here and there… But the end of summer also means that I get to stock up on school supplies!     As I do most of the cooking at home my main goal is to find easy but filling options–because I like cooking, but don’t want to spend a ton of time doing it.     Seedy Energy Salad

    We talk a lot about trying to eat healthy and try to occasionally share quick and healthy recipes for everyone to try.   One thing that’s difficult (for me) in my attempt to eat healthy is what to bring for lunch at work.  I tend to go in cycles, but always seem end up back at salads.  Lately, I’ve been craving nutty, seedy salads and today’s recipe really satisfies this craving.
